Digital Marketing Consultant Fee Structure
The following is a pricing guide only. An initial scope of work consultation is required followed by a quotation of works.
1. Website Builds
Landing Page ( 1 page): $1200
Basic Website (up to 5 pages): $1800 - $5,000
Standard Website (6-10 pages): $5,000 - $8,000
E-commerce Website: $5000 - $10,000
Websites are built in Squarespace & Shopify platforms, subscriptions, domains and e-mails hosted via these platforms are additional and billed directly to the client.
Website costings are a estimate only and will be quoted based on scope of works
2. Communications (EDM) Mailchimp
Single EDM Campaign: $250 per campaign
Monthly EDM Management (up to 4 campaigns): $1,000 per month
Quarterly EDM Strategy and implementation: $2,800 per quarter
3. Content Creation
Blog Post (up to 1,000 words ): from $250
Social Media Content (per post): $40
Infographics and Custom Graphics
( 5 posts in 2 formats eg: story and square) : $120
4. Social Media Management
Account Setup: $500 per account
Monthly Management (includes up to 20 posts): $1,000 per month
Social Media Strategy and Planning: $1,000 per quarter
5. CPC Advertising Setup and Management
Campaign Setup (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.): $500 - $2,500 per campaign
Ad Creative Development: $500 per ad set
6. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
SEO Audit and Strategy: $2,000 - $4,000
On-Page SEO (per page): $300 - $500 per page
Monthly SEO Retainer: $2,500 - $5,000 per month
Local SEO: $1,000 - $2,500 per month
7. Hourly Rate
Hourly Consulting Rate: $120 per hour
Notes:
Project Minimums: Some services may have minimum project fees, which will be specified during the proposal stage.
Custom Quotes: Custom projects or unique requirements will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Retainers and Packages: Discounts may be available for long-term retainer agreements or bundled service packages.
Payment Terms: Typically, a 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion or as specified in the project agreement.
Additional Costs: Out-of-pocket expenses, such as stock images, third-party software, and advertising spend, will be billed separately.
